I love this buffalo chicken dip recipe for many reasons but my main reasons are: it’s tasty, easy to make, and spicy goodness. I love that it only takes 5 ingredients to make and you get a lot of bang for those ingredients! Everyone loves a good buffalo chicken dip and this recipe is perfect if you have limited oven space for a party. You can stick it in the mini crockpot and let it cook. It doesn’t get more simple than that!

Buffalo chicken dip recipe

Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients

  • 1 can of chunk chicken (drained)
  • 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce (I used Frank’s Red Hot)
  • 1/2 package of cream cheese (4oz)
  • 1/4 cup of ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions To Make Buffalo Chicken Dip in Mini Crockpot

  1. Set out the cream cheese and let it soften. This will make it easier to blend.
  2. Mix cream cheese, chicken chunks, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese in a medium bowl.
  3. Add mixture to mini crockpot and top with remaining cheese. Then plug in crockpot until cheese on top melted.
  4. Once the cheese is melted your dip is ready. Serve with Fritos, tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chunk chicken (drained)

  2. I’ve never had buffalo chicken dip before but it looks like something I would enjoy. I love that it can be made in a crockpot. Will need to give this a try soon. Looks delicious.

    I made this and it was delicious. I gave it 4 starts because there is no reason to dirty a mixing bowl. Just add it all to the crock pot. I eliminated an unnecessary step and made it even more efficient. We need time savers as busy moms! Thanks!!

    I love this recipe and I love my mini crockpot. I purchased the crockpot for $13. 99 at Walmart, and I even doubled the recipe and it still fit in the 1.5 qt crockpot! Delicious! I will say though that I put a bit more of the ranch in and took away a bit of the red hot. Just the way I like it!
