Here’s a recap of my February 2026 goals. All the blog posts I published, books I read, and the goals I set for March.
February 2026 went by so quickly that I feel like I have whiplash. It went by so fast that it was hard to keep up with some of my goals. That being said, I really did try my best to achieve all my blogging, reading, and random goals for the month. This is my February 2026 goals recap and a little check-in to see where I’m at.

February 2026 Blog Posts I Publish
A few of my February 2026 goals were to publish 8 blog posts, send a newsletter every Friday, gain more email subscribers, and respond to comments on the blog within 24 hours. I accomplished 3 of the 4 goals. The only one I didn’t accomplish was to respond to comments within 24 hours. Here are the 8 blog posts I published this month:
- And Now Back To You by B.K. Borison NetGalley Book Review
- January 2026 Recap: The First Month Hits The Hardest
- Without a Clue by Melissa Ferguson Book Review
- A Letter To My Girlfriends for Galentine’s Day
- The Follow Through By Lauren Andrew Book Review
- Simple Sourdough Bread Recipe for Beginners
- Once and Again By Rebecca Serle NetGalley Book Review
- Easy Pot Of Gold Craft For St. Patrick’s Day
The most viewed blog post of February 2026 is 9 Simple At-Home Valentine’s Day Date Ideas. This is no surprise to me because February is the month of Valentine’s Day. I feel like most people wanted to find some simple at-home ideas for their Valentine’s Day celebration. I can’t wait to see what the next month’s most viewed blog post will be.
February 2026 Books I Read
I made a few February 2026 goals for reading, and I’m sad to say that I only accomplished 2 of the 6 goals. So, I was a little bit ambitious with some of the reading goals, but it was just wishful thinking. I did not read 13 books; only 5 of them were physical. But I didn’t send 4 NetGalley reviews. I stopped the 75 Booked Challenge, BUT I did fill out my February book journal and read a historical fiction book for my February reading challenge. Here are the books I read this month, with my rating:
- Everyone Worth Knowing by Lauren Weisberger- 3.5 Stars
- The Idaho Four by Vicky Ward and James Patterson- 4 Stars
- An Offer From a Gentleman by Julia Quinn- 3.75 Stars
- Slowing Down To The Speed of Joy by Matthew Kelly- 3 Stars
- Walk Two Moons by Sharon Creech- 4 Stars
- The Primrose Murder Society by Stacy Hackney- 4 Stars (Review Here!)
- Love By The Book by Jessica George- 4 Stars (Review coming soon)
- What’s Next by Mary McCormack and Melissa Fitzgerald- 4.5 Stars
- The Grownup by Gillian Flynn- 2 Stars
- And The Crowd Goes Wild by Susan Elizabeth Phillips- 4 Stars
- I’m Proud of You by Tim Madigan- 4.25 Stars
February 2026 Goals Recap
The rest of my February 2026 goals were to have a family fun day, declutter and organize the living room, finish my knitting project, start my crocheting project, and journal at least four times. I achieved three of these five goals. For our February family fun day, we went to see Zootopia 2 in the theatre. The kids loved it! Also, I decluttered the living room and journaled four times. It’s not much, but I’m glad of the progress I made this month.

My Goals for March
My blogging goals for March are to publish 9 blog posts, send a newsletter every Friday, gain more email subscribers, respond to comments, and look into adding ads to the blog. Don’t worry, I’ll make sure they don’t take over my whole blog!
My reading goals for March are to read 13 books, have at least 6 of them be from my physical TBR, send 4 reviews to NetGalley, fill out my March book journal, and read a book with a green cover for my monthly reading challenge.
