What Happened This Month

March was a fun and busy month. The kids finished basketball, and we are enjoying our Saturdays without having to go to three different games. Also, we had some fun during spring break by visiting my parents for a few days. I’m so thankful to have parents who love it when we visit and love helping anytime I’m feeling overwhelmed or exhausted by parenting.

Some of my random goals for March 2025 were to declutter and organize Vivian’s room, journal at least 10 times, focus on a new hobby, and start planning my garden. I decluttered and organized Vivian’s room, I journaled 10 times, and I started my garden-planning process. I didn’t start a new hobby. Life got too busy, but I’m hoping to start a hobby in April.

April Goals

My reading goals for April are to read about 14 books, 6 physical books off my TBR, and a poetry book for my monthly reading challenge. Lastly, I want to publish 4 book reviews on NetGalley.

My random goals for April are to declutter and organize the older boys’ room, start knitting as a new hobby, journal 12 times this month, and exercise more.

Final Thoughts

Someone asked me recently why I post these monthly goal wrap-ups. The answer is quite simple. I want to show people that goals don’t get accomplished overnight. Sometimes, it takes months of laying groundwork and grinding until you accomplish your yearly goals. Also, I hope I inspire people to create monthly goals and check in at the end of the month. Lastly, I hope people enjoy reading these posts and seeing the books I read and the blog posts I published.

I hope you all have a great April. Let me know some of the goals you have created for April. I love hearing from all of you.

Thanks for reading,

Kel
