This cornbread casserole is so simple to make. I love making this recipe for Thanksgiving because of how easy it is. I love the delicious corn flavor in the casserole and how moist this recipe is. There's nothing worse than dry cornbread casserole.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Mix the egg, sour cream, butter, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Fold in the corn.
Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes. To test whether the casserole is ready, poke a toothpick into the cornbread casserole; if it comes out clean, then you'll know it's fully cooked.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
