- 3 pound sirloin tip roast
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
- 3 carrots peeled and cut into 2 inch slices
- 1 medium onion sliced into rings
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter cut into cubes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Place the baby potatoes, carrots, and onion in the bottom of the crock pot. Top with cubes of butter and place the sirloin tip roast on top.
In a medium bowl, whisk together beef broth, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour slowly over the roast.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until the meat easily pulls apart with a fork.
Once the meat is done cooking, shred the roast with two forks. Then gently stir the roast and serve.
