- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 4 medium avocados cut into pieces
- ½ cup diced red onions
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Prepare your shredded chicken however you like. You can boil chicken or use rotisserie chicken. Add chicken to large mixing bowl.
Add the avocados, red onions, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Give mixture a few good stirs with a spoon until fully mixed together.
