honey

rice vinegar

ground ginger

red pepper flakes

cornstarch

Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove chicken and set aside
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ground ginger. Cook for about 30 seconds.
Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
Add chicken to the skillet and cover in sauce. Cover skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
Add cornstarch and water to the skillet to make the sauce thicker. Cook for 2-3 more minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from skillet and serve with rice or veggies. Enjoy!
