Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
  

  • 6-7 pounds boneless pork shoulder
  • ½ large onion
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tbsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place pork shoulder into slow cooker.
  • Add the other ingredients to the slow cooker covering the pork shoulder.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
  • When ready, shred the pork and cover for another 15 minutes.
  • Serve onto rolls for pulled pork sandwiches or eat by itself. Enjoy!
