It’s summertime, and there’s nothing like drinking a delicious water-infused drink that’s full of health benefits.
Sometimes all you need to have a perfect summer is the sun shining, some body of water near you, a good book, and a deliciously refreshing drink of water. Lately, I have been trying different water-infused recipes, and these three below are my favorites. They taste like summer in a glass. Each recipe makes a pitcher’s worth of water. Also, I included the health benefits of each infusion to help you choose which one to make first.

Water-Infused Recipe One: Cucumber, Mint, and Lemon
This is one of my favorite water-infused recipes because it tastes like summer. The minty flavor mixed in with the cucumber and lemon makes this one a keeper. I love sipping on this while out on my patio watching the kids play and reading a book. This recipe supports digestion, reduces inflammation, enhances hydration, and promotes clear skin. It’s definitely one to try if you like mint flavor.
How To Make This Recipe: Slice half of 1 cucumber, slice 1 whole lemon, and pluck 8-10 fresh mint leaves. Add ingredients to the pitcher, fill with water, and steep in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
Water-Infused Recipe Two: Lemon and Basil
I have a basil plant in my house, so this infusion recipe is one I make a lot! I love the flavor of the basil mixed with the lemon. Tastes absolutely refreshing. Basil is an adaptogen that helps keep the stress hormone in check. This recipe also boosts immunity, enhances digestion, and improves skin health.
How To Make This Recipe: In a pitcher, squeeze 1 whole lemon and two handfuls of fresh basil leaves. Muddle the leaves to release their oils, add water, and let them infuse in the fridge for 3 to 5 hours.

Water-Infused Recipe Three: Blueberry, Lemon, and Rosemary
Lately, I have been really into rosemary. I think it might be my current favorite herb. It smells amazing and tastes delicious. This recipe is perfect for when you want a deliciously sweet water infusion with some fresh herbs. This recipe is high in antioxidants, promotes heart health, supports digestion, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
How To Make This Recipe: In a pitcher, place 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries, 1/2 sliced lemon, and 1-2 sprigs of rosemary. Muddle the blueberries to release their juices, then add water. Let it infuse in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours.
