Ingredients for Air Fryer Salmon Bowls
- 2 Salmon filets
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 mini cucumbers (sliced)
- cooked edamame
- yum-yum sauce (optional topping)
- soy sauce (optional topping)
- Siracha mayo (optional topping)
- sesame seeds (optional topping)

Directions for Air Fryer Salmon Bowls
- Cut the salmon filets into bite-sized pieces. Place the pieces in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Mix together until salmon is well-coated.
- In a small mixing bowl, add soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Mix until well mixed.
- Place salmon in the air fryer and coat with half of the mixture.
- Cook in an air fryer at 390 degrees for 6-9 minutes. Halfway through cooking, flip the salmon bites over and coat with the rest of the mixture.
- In two separate bowls, add 1/2 rice, mini cucumbers, edamame, 1/2 of the salmon, and add toppings of your choosing.
- Serve and enjoy!
