There is nothing I love more than an easy recipe that can make a big meal for my family or football Sunday! This ham and cheese slider recipe is one of my favorites. Most people make this recipe with Swiss cheese but we enjoy provolone cheese on our sliders. I love making this recipe for my family on busy days when I want to make a quick lunch or dinner that I know they will love. Check out how easy and delicious this recipe is!

Plated Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ham and Cheese Sliders Ingredients

  • 1 package of Hawaiian Rolls (12 rolls)
  • 1/2 pound of sliced ham (we chose honey ham)
  • 7 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup of butter (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

How To Make Ham and Cheese Sliders

  1. Preheat oven to 350* degrees. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without separating the rolls. Place the bottom half in a 9X13 baking pan.
  2. Place ham on the bottom half of the rolls. Then place the cheese slices on top of the ham. Lastly, place the top of the rolls on top of the cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and the Dijon mustard.
  4. Pour the mixture on top of the rolls using a basting brush to help spread the mix. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Take the foil off and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops of the rolls start to brown.
  6. Take the dish out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Separate the rolls by cutting. Serve and  ENJOY!
