Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes
This crockpot cheesy potato recipe is the best side dish recipe for any meat main dish! This is the recipe I use when I’m in charge of a side dish for a family gathering. I use cheesy potatoes as the perfect side dish for any meat main I’m serving at game day. I love this recipe and I can’t get enough of it!

- 1 32 oz Bag frozen diced potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley (optional)
Pour frozen diced potatoes into the crockpot.
Mix the sour cream, cream of chicken, garlic salt, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
Pour mixture into crockpot and stir together with potatoes.
Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese to the crockpot and mix it all together.
Set crockpot on low for 4-6 hours.
Add the remaining cheese when there are 15 minutes remaining and mix again.
Serve, add parsley, and enjoy!
