Italian Meatballs
This is the BEST Italian meatball recipe that your whole family will love. The meatballs are full of flavor, easy to make, and tastes delicious with the tangy glaze topping.

- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup minced onion
- ⅔ cup milk
- ½ cup crumbled Ritz crackers
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
Set oven to 400 °F
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients besides the brown sugar and ketchup.
Mix ingredients using your hands (PRO-TIP: Put olive oil on your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands).
Line baking sheet with tin foil for easier clean up. Make Italian meatballs to the size of your preference. My family prefers bigger meatballs but feel free to make smaller ones. Place meatballs on the baking sheet about one inch apart
Mix the brown sugar and ketchup in a small bowl. With a spoon, cover the tops of the meatballs with the mixture.
Bake meatballs in the oven for 25-30 minutes for large meatballs and 20-25 minutes for smaller ones.
