preheat oven to 350 °F
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain the grease.
Add Italian seasoning and spaghetti sauce to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl. Mix cottage cheese, shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper together.
In the bottom of the 9x13 casserole dish evenly spread ¾ cup of the sauce mixture, Cover with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, ¼ cup of the cheese mixture, and ¼ cup of sauce. Repeat layers twice.
Lastly, top with 3 noodles, remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
Add ½ cup of water to the edges of the pan.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes, serve, and enjoy.
