Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon with Green Beans

- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp chicken broth
- 1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tbsp hot sauce
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 pound trimmed green beans
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line the pan with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, lemon juice, hot sauce, and minced garlic
Place salmon bottom down on the already sprayed tinfoil on the sheet pan. Salt and pepper the salmon to your preference.
Brush mixture on salmon and top with the cubed butter.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. While the salmon is cooking, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain water from the pot when the green beans are done.
Once the salmon is done, add the green beans to the sheet pan and toss the green beans in the buttery sauce. Bake the lemon-garlic salmon and green beans for 2-3 more minutes.
Top salmon with freshly sliced lemons and parsley. Serve and enjoy
