Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon with Green Beans

This easy and delicious sheet pan lemon garlic salmon with green beans is the perfect recipe for a seafood night. This recipe is kid-approved and is healthy and tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp chicken broth
  • tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp hot sauce
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 pound trimmed green beans
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line the pan with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, lemon juice, hot sauce, and minced garlic
  • Place salmon bottom down on the already sprayed tinfoil on the sheet pan. Salt and pepper the salmon to your preference.
  • Brush mixture on salmon and top with the cubed butter.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. While the salmon is cooking, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain water from the pot when the green beans are done.
  • Once the salmon is done, add the green beans to the sheet pan and toss the green beans in the buttery sauce. Bake the lemon-garlic salmon and green beans for 2-3 more minutes.
  • Top salmon with freshly sliced lemons and parsley. Serve and enjoy
