I’m a huge sucker for any family dinner recipe that is amazingly delicious but also easy to make. This broccoli chicken pasta bake fits the bill. I love the flavor of the Olive Garden Italian dressing mixed in with the seasoned rotisserie chicken. This pasta bake recipe is full of flavor and very filling! Plus, with the broccoli added I know my children will devour this recipe (They are big broccoli fans).

Broccoli Chicken Pasta Bake Ingredients
- One box of Rotini pasta
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of Olive Garden Italian dressing
- 12 ounces of shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 Tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 Tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 bag of frozen broccoli florets
- 8 ounces of cream cheese (one block)
- 2 cups of shredded Italian blend cheese
How To Make This Broccoli Chicken Pasta Bake
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease the casserole dish (9X12).
- Add dry pasta, milk, chicken broth, Italian dressing, chicken, seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well so that the pasta is covered with the liquid.
- Add the cream cheese block to the center and top the dish with frozen broccoli.
- Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and uncover the dish. Mix well until the cream cheese is blended and it becomes a sauce.
- Top mixture with shredded cheese and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Lastly, remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!

Final Thoughts
This was my first time making a pasta bake and this recipe has made me want to try and create more. I love how simple this recipe is, kind of like a dump and go in a way.
