This loaded baked potato soup recipe is easy and delicious. It’s a perfect crockpot recipe where you can dump and go for busy days.

A few weeks ago I was on Facebook Reels and scrolling through some recipe videos. I fell down a crockpot recipe rabbit hole and just kept watching videos. I saw a few loaded baked potato soup recipes and thought I would try to make my own. This soup recipe will soon become your favorite recipe because it takes little to no work. All you need to do is cut the cream cheese into cubes, dump everything in the crockpot, and then stir it. It’s that easy! Plus, this recipe tastes exactly like the potato soup at Chili’s, which everyone in my family LOVES! Loaded Baked Potato Soup Ingredients

  • 2 pound bag of frozen southern style hashbrowns
  • 1 block of cream cheese cubed
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of bacon bits
  • 1.5 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 32 ounces of chicken broth
  • Pepper to taste

How To Make Loaded Baked Potato Soup

  1. Add all the ingredients to the crockpot and give it a good stir.
  2. Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
  3. After cooking stir a few times to get cream cheese to blend. Cook for another 30 minutes.
  4. Pour into soup bowls. Top with shredded cheese, bacon bits, and green onion. Lastly, Serve and enjoy!
