It’s the Lenten season in our household and we are dedicated to not eating red meat on Fridays. This is a practice I didn’t follow growing up so it’s hard for me to remember. Last week I made this delicious and easy sheet pan lemon-garlic salmon with green beans recipe and the whole family loved it! I couldn’t believe how we all devoured this recipe.
I’m so excited to share this recipe with all of you because while I was making this I was thinking of a good backup plan for my kids to eat. Turns out this recipe is so delicious that even my youngest (he’s 21 months old) loved it.

Final thoughts
I’m so glad I happened to find this delicious and easy sheet pan lemon-garlic salmon recipe. I’m also so glad it uses green beans instead of asparagus. I wasn’t sure my kids would like asparagus and if you know anything about childhood development, you know that you can only offer one new thing to a child’s plate at a time. Also, we added some delicious garlic risotto that complemented the salmon perfectly!
I hope you all enjoy this awesome recipe! If you have a moment, let me know in the comments what you think of this lemon-garlic salmon with green beans recipe. I love hearing from all of you.
