Our youngest, Cooper, is officially three years old, and I can’t believe it! Here’s how his birthday party went, and all his favorite things.
Cooper is officially three years old! I can’t believe my baby is getting so big. Please excuse me while I cry over baby pictures and hope for a time machine. Cooper is the light of our family and brings so much joy. So, in honor of him turning three, I decided to share how his birthday party went, his favorite things, and what we all love about Cooper.

Cooper’s Birthday Party: A Fiesta fit for a Three Year Old!
Since Cooper was born on Cinco De Mayo, we always have a fiesta-themed party. This year we called it “Cooper Three-esta”! We had a great taco bar that everyone enjoyed. Cooper got to play with some friends and open up some gifts. He had a great time, and I’m so thankful to everyone who came out. Also, check out the amazing cake from Hy-Vee. They make some of the best cakes.

Cooper’s Favorite Things
Our little Cooper-Man is a big fan of a lot of things. He loves trucks, Play-Doh, playing with his older siblings, giving kisses to everyone, and cuddling. His favorite foods are mac and cheese, pizza, biscuits and gravy (recipe here!), and chicken, broccoli, and rice casserole (recipe here!). Cooper loves to wake up early on the weekends and cuddle in bed with Dad and Mom. We also enjoy it!

One thing Cooper loves right now is the Newsies musical. He loves all the songs! His favorite is “Carrying the Banner,” and no, it’s not weird for a three-year-old to randomly say, “Hey! That’s my cigar. You’ll steal another.” Mostly because only a few people know what he’s saying! Lastly, his favorite character is Crutchie. The reason why we all love the Newsies is that JT was in a production of it in April.

The Happiest Three Year Old Ever!
One thing about Cooper is that he’s a very happy kid. He is constantly smiling. I’m pretty sure he’s the happiest kid I’ve ever met. Even when he was a baby, nothing really riled him up. I guess when you are the youngest of four, you need to be easy-going and chill. I’m so blessed to be the mother of the happiest three-year-old ever!

Final Thoughts
We are so lucky to have such an amazing kid like Cooper. I love watching him grow, but I also wish I could make time stand still. Three will be a great year for Cooper. I still can’t believe he is three years old! Every day he gets bigger and bigger. I love you so much.
