Celebrating All The September Birthdays In Our Family!

Sharing is caring!

If there’s one thing I love, it’s celebrating birthdays. We have three September birthdays, and here’s how we celebrated them this month.

September is a busy month for our family, and that’s mostly because we have three September birthdays in this family alone. We love making each day special for everyone in our family. We have our fun family traditions for birthdays, and we love singing “Happy Birthday” to each other! Here are all the birthdays and how we celebrated them as a family.

How Many September Birthdays Do We Celebrate?

There are so many people who have September Birthdays, but we just focus on really celebrating our family’s birthdays. In September, we have Luke, Teddy, and Vivian’s birthdays. We love taking time on their actual day to do open gifts from us and if it’s your birthday, you get to choose where you want to go for lunch or dinner. These are our family’s birthday traditions, and we really enjoy celebrating everyone’s birthdays.

September Birthdays

First, Luke’s Birthday

Luke isn’t the biggest fan of celebrating his birthday, but we got together with his family to have a nice lunch over Labor Day weekend. Additionally, we celebrated the birthdays of Luke’s twin and his youngest brother simultaneously. It was a great celebration and we all had a good time!

On Luke’s actual birthday, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner with his parents to watch the Bears game. When we got home, Luke opened gifts and we sang “Happy Birthday” with some delicious carrot cake (Luke’s favorite). It was a great time, and I’m so happy we got to celebrate Luke because I believe he deserves a whole month dedicated to him. But we have two other September Birthdays to celebrate!

Second, Teddy’s 8th Birthday

Sometimes I look at Teddy, and I still see the 4-year-old who was always covered head to toe in dirt. Oh, he’s still covered in dirt, but now he’s a little man whose smile melts my whole world. First, we celebrated Teddy’s birthday by going to Monical’s Pizza after our Saturday soccer games. He loves the pizza there, and he got to order what kind of pizza we got. Then we came home, opened presents, and then sang “Happy Birthday” to him with Little Debbie cakes.

The next day, we celebrated both Teddy and Vivian’s birthdays with a big party filled with family and friends. All Teddy wanted was for him and his friends to have a Nerf gun fight. They all had a blast! We also had a carrot cupcake cake made for Ted because that’s what he wanted. It was delicious.

Lastly, Vivian 5th Birthday

First, we celebrated Vivian’s birthday with our family and her friends with Teddy. Her theme was “Princess Party,” and all she wanted was to play with her friends at our house. She got a big cake with some Disney Princesses on it. She loved every second!

Lastly, we celebrated Vivian’s actual birthday by having her cousin sleep over, and we went to a local buffet place. The whole family LOVES this place, and it’s one that every kid begs to go to. We had a great time celebrating her birthday. When we got home, she got to open some gifts. Her favorite gift from us was a jar of pickles Luke got her.

  1. Happy birthday to all of you! This month is my birthday too. Mine is on the 30th and my dog’s is on the 29th. Isn’t that crazy? I couldn’t have planned that if I wanted to.
