Well hello April! I can’t believe we are already in April?! It seems like yesterday we were celebrating New Year’s. Before I jump into how awesome April is going to be I need to recap how my March 2024 went.

March was a little bit like a snail. I was slowly moving towards my goals. Inching everyday towards my goals. I did quite a few things that I’m really proud of and I slacked off on some things.

One thing I accomplished was establishing a primary doctor and going to an appointment. It was nice to get some routine bloodwork done and make sure everything is all good under the hood.

March 2024 Books

During the month of March I read 10 books. That may seem like a lot and I’m definitely not snuffing at it but I’m disappointed in how many audiobooks I read. I’m really trying to read the physical books off my TBR (to be read) pile rather than listening to books. If you want to check out any of these books, just click the title and the link will take you to Amazon.

My most viewed blog post during March 2024 was my garlic dip recipe. This post has been the most viewed two months in a row. It’s definitely a fan favorite! I’m really excited to see if it holds the top spot for April.

March 2024 Favorites

March 2024 was filled with a lot of fun activities. We went to the Dells with my family and the kids had a blast. It was so much fun hanging out with family and swimming. We also went on a group dinner with a bunch of friends. There’s nothing like going out with friends and really enjoying the company you are with.

Some things I loved this month were my vinyl record player and some of my favorite vinyl records. I have been listening to Kacey Musgraves’ Golden Hour and Taylor Swift’s Folklore. My favorite drink and snack this month were Accelerator Energy drinks and American Dream Nut Butter.

Currently, I’m watching all the Chicago shows (Fire, PD, and Med) and I’m finally getting close to being caught up. I really enjoy the different shows and how they overlap at times. If you watch any of these shows, let me know your favorite characters in the comments!

Lastly, I am participating in the 75 soft challenge starting April 8th. I will be doing this with a group of friends and I’m really looking forward to pushing myself to be better. If you want to know more about this challenge contact me and I’ll let you know all about it!

I’m definitely going into to April with a good steady progression of my goals. I can’t wait to see what I do this month.
