Can you believe that 2020 is almost over?! This year has really seemed to drag on! One of my goals for the rest of this year was to see the good in every day. One way I’m going to complete this goal is by creating a bucket list for my least favorite season.
Winters can be harsh! (Yeah winter doesn’t start until December 21st and it goes until March 20th.) But some of the best holidays are during the winter season. So I’ve complied a winter bucket list for 2020. Every activity is COVID friendly and most can be done at home. Here’s my list:
Winter Bucket List
- Make Soup
- Look at Christmas Lights in Neighborhood
- Build a Snowman
- Buy a New Christmas Decoration
- Celebrate the New Year
- Build a Blanket Fort
- Burn a Winter Candle
- Create 2021 Goals
- Do a Winter Craft
- Read a Book in Bed
- Watch Christmas Movies
- Decorate Cookies
- Drink Hot Chocolate
- See the “Christmas Star” December 21st
- Make Paper Snowflakes
- Do a Puzzle
- Go Sledding
- Go on a Winter Walk
- Donate old Clothes and Toys
- Blast Holiday Music
- Have a Game Day
- Stay in PJs all-day
- Do Random Acts of Kindness
- Watch the Super Bowl
- Make Valentines for Friends and Family
Final Thoughts
One thing I love about making bucket lists is that most of the activities I put on there are for my family. If this year has taught me anything, it’s that I need to put in more family time. I want my children to grow up and have a bunch of memories of us altogether. What are some things you’re going to put on your bucket list? Let me know in the comments below!

I like the bucket list you have created. It helps me drum up some idea on what to do myself for this winter.
Thanks! I love doing the bucket lists and I hope this helps you come up with some cool activities for this winter!
