Recently, I purchased an air fryer, and I have been experimenting with various recipes in it. I made this honey garlic salmon recipe in the air fryer a while ago. It was absolutely delicious! I love the sticky sweetness of the marinade. Also, I loved how quickly this recipe took to make. It’s done in about 10 minutes. This recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight when you want something delicious, filling, and easy to make.

  • 2 Salmon filets (about 5-8 ounces each)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

How To Make Honey Garlic Salmon in the Air Fryer

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place salmon filets in a container with a lid and cover salmon with half of the sauce. Set in the fridge and let marinate for thirty minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees and place the salmon in the air fryer. Baste the salmon with the marinade from the container.
  4. Air fry for 7-8 minutes, depending on how thick the salmon is.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and cover with the rest of the sauce mixture. Serve and enjoy!
