For years and years, I’ve bought premade dill veggie dip at the store because I thought it was super hard to make. So you can imagine my surprise when I found out just how easy it is! I’ve recently started making it for every party I’ve hosted and sometimes make it to convince my kids to eat their veggies. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this dip that I decided to share it with you!

If you have ever had the pleasure of having my Mother-in-law’s dill dip then you pretty lucky. She makes the BEST dill dip and this dip is very similar. I still think hers is the best but this one comes in close second.
Question: Are you a dill veggie dip fan or a ranch veggie dip fan? I’m a HUGE dill dip fan! I, personally, don’t understand the ranch appeal. It’s probably my least favorite dip and I’m a sucker for dips. Ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you about how big a fan of dips my kids and me are.
Dill Veggie Dip Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Sour Cream
- 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons of Dried Dill Weed
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
- 1 Tablespoon of Dried Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
Directions To Make Dill Veggie Dip
- Add all the ingredients together in a bowl. You can use a mixing bowl, a serving bowl, or a pyrex with a lid. I personally use a pyrex so I can use a little bit of the dip at a time and keep the rest refrigerated.
- Mix all the ingredients together and taste test it. Add any more dill or salt if needed.
- Store in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before using.
- Serve and enjoy!
