I searched for an easy and delicious meal I could make with minimal effort. Enter this amazing recipe. I love how easy it is to get all the ingredients into the crockpot and how once it’s in, you just have to wait for it to cook. This crockpot chicken teriyaki with noodles has become one of my family’s favorite meals. Everyone in my family loves this recipe. I love the flavor and the crunch of the broccoli.

Ingredients for Crockpot Chicken Teriyaki with Noodles

  • 3/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 Tablespoons of corn starch
  • 1 1/2 – 2 pounds of chicken breast or thighs
  • 1/2 onion (sliced or diced)
  • 1 head of broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 8 ounces of ramen noodles (or white rice if you don’t like noodles)

How To Make This Crockpot Chicken Teriyaki with Noodles

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch in a crockpot with a whisk.
  2. Add chicken and onion to the crockpot. Spoon some of the mixture over the chicken. Cook on low for 3 hours.
  3. Add broccoli to the crockpot and cook on low for another hour.
  4. Cook ramen noodles as the package says. Add to the crockpot and mix with tongs.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
