This is one of Luke’s favorite dishes of all time. He LOVES lasagna and I make it for him every year on his birthday. I have been wanting to share this easy and delicious lasagna recipe for a while. I have tried many lasagna recipes and have found most of them are lacking in seasoning and spice. I’m a huge sucker for Italian seasoning and so I finally decided to make my own version with Italian seasoning. When I say that it took my old recipe to a new level I’m not exaggerating! This is the best lasagna recipe I have ever had!
I love serving this recipe for special occasions like birthdays or Easter. For Easter, we usually have a ham, my chicken broccoli and rice casserole, and a lasagna. It sounds like a lot but we usually host a lot of people and I like to have a variety of meat choices for people to choose from as their main dish.
